Raja H. Sibai
FOUNDER & MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Raja H. Sibai is the Founder & Managing Principal of Cedar & Crown Development, with more than 20 years of experience across real estate development, investments, capital markets, and architecture. His background spans the full development lifecycle, including acquisition, underwriting, capitalization, entitlement, design, construction, and stabilization.
He has executed approximately $300M of multifamily and mixed-use developments, supported over $200M of real estate capital transactions, and led approximately $750M of projects as an architect and project executive.
Raja holds an MBA in Finance & Investments from Duke University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw University), bringing a differentiated combination of institutional investment discipline and hands-on development execution to Cedar & Crown.
Alex Kupp
MANAGING DIRECTOR - CAPITAL MARKETS
Alex Kupp leads capital markets for Cedar & Crown Development, focusing on sourcing and structuring debt & equity for the firm’s projects. He brings 14 years of experience and has been involved in more than $8 billion of institutional & private real estate capital markets transactions across CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL.
His experience spans construction, bridge & permanent debt, preferred equity, mezzanine financing, and JV equity, including lender and investor sourcing, transaction structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and closing. Alex has advised institutional investors, private equity firms, and developers across the Sunbelt and nationally, bringing a disciplined approach to underwriting, capitalization, and investor communication.
Alex holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
